The Special Event shoot is when you want me to come to something outside my area. Best example is a Dance Event (Tango, Swing, etc) in another state. You will pay for my travel accommodations, such as the flight, taxis, and lodging. You will also include a full access pass to the event so I am able to get to areas without hassle. The shooting fee is in addition to the above.
This package is best used for those who are hosting a business outing, corporate event, fundraiser, award ceremony, ribbon cuttings, or other similar events.
Shooting day will be scheduled at least 2 business days in advanced. An online Gallery will be available within 4 Business Days with watermarks. Photos will be available for download from the gallery in web sized (watermarked) or full sized (purchased – no watermark) options in JPG compression. Event Organizer are allowed up to 15 photos full sized with their package. Attendees may purchase full sized photos for a Personal license, non-commercial use, only. Web-Sized photos are available for download by attendees for free
License details are for editorial use on website, social media, and internal digital/print media for purposes other than direct product sales. Not for use in publications, ordering systems, or outside print media without additional license purchases. Editorial Use in this context is meant for direct display purposes without overlaid text, additional filters or edits applied to the images, and the image displayed cannot be cropped to less than 75% it’s original size. This Photo License is non-exclusive for 2 years. No attribution required on full sized photos/orders. Removal or cropping of watermarks on web sized versions is prohibited.
For those who have a set number of products or menu items that wish to have them displayed with a direct buying option. Usually used for restaurants, or businesses with a limited set of self branded merchandise (t-shirts, hats, tableware, etc.).
